RETURN & REFUND POLICY: Beauty Cosmetics Lab

At Beauty Cosmetics Lab, we specialize in high-performance dermocosmetics. Due to the nature of our products and strict health and hygiene regulations, we maintain a strict no-return policy. Please read the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.

1. FINAL SALE & HYGIENE POLICY

All sales are final. Due to health, safety, and sanitary regulations governing skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (including "change of mind" or "product expectation"). This ensures that every customer receives a 100% sterile and untampered product.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (REPLACEMENT ONLY)

Our priority is that you receive your Dr. Melaxin products in perfect condition. We do not offer cash refunds, but we provide free replacements under the following conditions:

  • Reporting Window: You must report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.

  • Evidence Required: You must email support@beautycosmeticslab.com with your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product and the shipping label.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a new shipment at no additional cost to you. We do not require you to ship the broken item back to us, as we do not have a physical return processing center.

3. SHIPPING & NON-DELIVERY

  • Incorrect Address: Beauty Cosmetics Lab is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses a delivery, the package is often destroyed by the carrier. In these cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Our logistics system is automated for rapid dispatch. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our "Final Sale" policy applies.

5. RESULTS & ADVERSE REACTIONS

As with all high-potency skincare, results may vary. We do not offer refunds or returns if a product "does not work" for your specific skin type or if you experience a reaction. We provide full ingredient lists on our site; please review them carefully before purchasing to avoid known allergens.
